Let's say you want to get into real estate…
…but you don't have deep pockets.

It may sound too good to be true - but trust me, this is no get-rich-easy or quick scheme. It takes perseverance, persistence, determination, and a willingness to be uncomfortable.

Wholesaling is the art of finding deeply discounted properties, and then immediately finding a cash buyer for them at a higher price.
That's it.
You connect a motivated seller with a buyer who's willing to buy fast… and you collect an assignment fee for your service. (Like a binder/ finder's fee.)
These assignment fees can be anywhere from $2,000 to $100,000 .or. more.
So if you have the right processes for:
1) finding motivated sellers and
2) building a list of cash buyers…
… .or. use mine, you can make very lucrative profits in the wholesaling business - even if you're only doing it part-time.
Simple, right?
But you need to know what you're doing. You need to have the right approach and the right training, or you'll probably waste your time getting no results… until you give up because "there's no money in wholesaling."

P.S. The first challenge in Wholesaling is to find a "motivated seller."
That's a property owner who needs to sell FAST.
Motivated sellers are a lot more concerned with selling QUICKLY than they are with getting full market value for the property.
