Fwd: End of summer update #adulting

Hey,

Are you ready for fall yet? Here in Nashville, TN it is still full on summer mode. Same in Huntsville, AL (HSV)

I'll be honest, sometimes when scrolling through my Instagram feed (you can follow me here) I get a little jealous of everyone taking these amazing summer vacations.

But at the same time, I love Tennessee in the summer. There's so much to do that we don't really want to go anywhere. We've enjoyed plenty of weekend trips. Now once it hits winter? Totally different story!

This weekend we went kayaking and a pre-season football game for the Tennessee Titans. I'm a big college Football gal, so I'm still getting into the NFL thing.

I'm wrapping up my summer side hustle challenge ( you can see all my updates in my Instagram highlights ( and starting the [#instawithintent] Day 1 - Show & Tell 👋🏻 ) and plan to share how I hit my $1,000 + savings goal in the next week. This week a friend is hosting a free, 5-day Instagram challenge to mushroom your traffic and you need to join!

If you are trying to save money, this new blog post is a brand new topic I haven't covered on the blog before. 🙌

Saving money and investing can be intimidating for some people, but doesn't need to be, so I thought it was time to share this with you. Read the post here.

Now it's time to get a little personal. Please feel free to skip this next section if you are here for strictly budgeting/ side hustling.

In personal news, my wife finished her second fertility appointment. I might or might not talk about this on the blog, I haven't decided.

The initial consultation was early this summer. This involved learning more about the process, asking a million questions and pricing. Not surprisingly, 99% is not covered by insurance, ugh. 🤦‍♀️

Overall, the price between the consultation (yup, even that's not free) to all the middle appointments, a round of egg removal and putting them in the freezer is around $15,000. That's just the first 'half' of the process.

The 2nd appointment was the ultrasound. This is where we could get a visual to see how things look down there and did some blood work. Once we got the results, some things looked great and one thing didn't look so great, so there's things to talk about and figure out.

Finally, I have some fun things planned for September. If you liked my summer side hustle series, I'll be doing a No Spend September challenge with a new free printable coming soon. 💛

Fwd: [#instawithintent] Day 1 - Show & Tell 👋🏻

Hey! Welcome to day #1 of the IG #instawithintent Instagram Challenge!

This challenge is about posting with intent and creating content that is going to inspire high quality actions from our feed visitors and followers.

"High Quality Actions" are things like genuine comments, DMs, website clicks, post saves and post shares etc.

These are all far more important than a 'Like' or 'Follow,' because they represent something much more real.

These actions show that this person is enjoying your content and is genuinely interested in you/ your brand.

That genuine interest holds a lot of weight and will help us achieve our goal of stronger personal emotive connections and more prospects/ potential profits!

So, how do we encourage that? Well, we need to start by making sure all of our feed visitors know who we are and what we do.

Day 1 Instructions

Video:

Click here to watch the Day 1 instructions video in the #instawithintent Facebook Group.

Written:

1. Post a picture of you, your team, office, or something behind the scenes of your business.

In your caption, introduce yourself/ your business. This is your opportunity to formally say 'hi' to new followers and remind your old followers what your account is all about. *Don't forget to use the #instawithintent hashtag!

Some things to consider are why you started this business, what the goal of the business is, who you help and what they can expect from you. No hype, just help!

You don't need to hit all of these points but make sure you touch on a few and that it's authentic.

Remember - a big part of this challenge is connecting with our audience to build up our "Like, Follow, Know and resulting 'Trust Factor.'" Honestly sharing the story of your business ( the good & bad! ) can make someone feel significantly more close to you.

2. Share this post to your Instagram story and tease the content.

To do this, navigate to your new post, click the airplane icon and press "share to story". From here, add some text (for example: "sharing the truth about my business..") and encourage your audience to tap (or tab) over by including an arrow or gif.

3. Set a timer for 10 minutes to engage with your target market.

We can't rely on posting alone to help us build our following and attract targeted viewers to our feed, we need to also coax, cajole and otherwise, encourage it!

To do this, simply search for a hashtag that describes your target market and like and comment within it until the timer is up. This could be #stayathomemom, #doglover, #artcollector, #bossbabe, etc.

Remember - Your target market is the person who is going to benefit the most from your content and offerings.

4. Share your new post in the #instawithintent Facebook group so everyone else can learn about you too!

Grab the link from your new post and paste it here!

That's it! You've got 24 hrs to complete this task, then we'll meet back here tomorrow 👋🏻

My thanks in advance for your trouble, time, attention, energy and consideration.

Cheers,

 João

Fwd: The moment I *really* started to believe in passive income...

Hello,

I remember it like it was yesterday.

( Buckle your seatbelt because this'll be a bumpy ride, this story is about to get kinda boujee but I'll come back to reality at the end ).

I was on vacation with my wife in Italy last year.

It was our FIRST EVER vacation to Europe, which is pretty crazy if you look at where I was in life just a few years ago.

Renting a room from my in-laws, teaching, $50k in debt, yadda yadda yadda. You probably know the story, already.

And here I was in Italy with Coral for 10 days eating pizza 'priazzo' like it was my job.

Anyway...

I SWORE to myself that I wasn't going to work on this vacation. At the time, I was running myself into the ground trying to grow multiple businesses, manage a bunch of 'virtual' team members I had just hired that year, and on and on.

I was truly burning myself out.

So I deleted all of the apps from my phone related to work - Facebook, Instagram, Slack, etc. and even email!

But for whatever reason, in the airbnb in Venice at 3:00 AM one night... I was awake.

The *one* app I forgot to delete for my vacation was Stripe, which is basically a payment processor we use for our online courses.

So I groggily picked up my phone, hit the home button, and saw it...

... online course sales rolling in.

That's when it hit me like a ton of bricks ( but like positive energy/ 'happy bricks,' not the heavy ones ):

I was in Venice with my wife on vacation literally making money while I slept.

That was the first time my income truly felt 'passive,' thought I read somewhere not to bank on, minimal work or no work,  'passive income myth.'

But here's the rub - I put in so much work, to make that happen.

Lots of sleepless nights working, stress, fear that MOBE - My Online Biz Empire ( M$$Ms & Laptop Empires etc. ) wouldn't make it...

...you get the point. I didn't just snap my fingers, twitched my nose, did a happy dance and start making money in my sleep. It just doesn't work that way.

But here's the deal...

I don't want to discourage you. 'Passive Income' is definitely achievable, an possible to achieve, but you have to put one of two things in first:

1. Time ( aka work/play (if, it's your passion and you love what your doing) ), or money.

2. And if you're willing to do that, then it's definitely possible to create 'passive income' streams.

I've just seen *way* too many people achieve it, at this point to pretend you can't do it too.

So if you want to learn 19 legitimate, no-fluff ways to actually get started on your passive income journey...

... go here.

My thanks ian advance for your trouble, time, attention, energy and consideration.

Cheers,

- Johnny

Holiday/ Vacation Road Trips May Be A Thing Of The Past

Vacation Road Trips May Be In The Past

Any feedback would be great. "Most important Article of your Life," so make sure you read this and Leave comments and right here is just one of the articles of 1,100+ articles across multiple subjects that are bringing me "Prospects and Leads" and YOU need these too.  If you want to see us live, just click: Click Here!, Click Here!,  .or. CyberWealthZone.com  and ask the Sr. Mentor Monitor in the Live Business Center how you can get these articles for yourself already written for you.

We all need a break once in a while. It is a simple fact of the human psyche, we do not tolerate endless stress, we all have breaking points. So before the stress of daily life gets to you, go on a vacation to clear your head. You might think that a vacation would be wonderful, but you simply can not afford one right now. Well, if you are serious about going on a vacation, there are a lot of ways you can go on one even with a tight budget.

People say that Road trips for vacation may be in the past, now days it is all about flying to far away lands and enjoying theme-parks and other extravagant entertainment. I do not agree with this. Especially in today's economy, finding a cheap way to go out and enjoy yourself is really important, and road trips facilitate this.

As high as gas prices get, it is almost always cheaper to just take your own car rather than flying. Depending on when and where you go, plane tickets can be really expensive. Then there is the fact that you have to pay for a rental car and lodging. All these expenses can be removed by simply going on a road trip.

Going on a road trip takes a lot of planning, even more then a traditional vacation. This is part of the reason why people say Road trips for vacation may be in the past, what point is a vacation if it takes so much effort? While it does take some more effort, it does not take that much more effort and in the long run it can be worth it.

Some tips for a cheap, yet fun road trip are to take a large cooler and lots of food. If you can avoid eating out on your trip, you will save so much money. Eating out on vacations are one of the single largest expenses, so avoiding it is a huge plus.

You can also turn your road trip into a camping trip by taking along a large tent. Camping out is a fun way to enjoy the outdoors, and it also saves you the expenses of hotel rooms. Even if you stay at a camp ground, they are often significantly cheaper then any hotel. For bathing, you can find shower facilities at a lot of the larger rest stops and camp grounds.

Another tip to save money on your road trip is to refuel on gas often. By keeping your tank topped up you can afford to look around for the best prices using the internet when available (a lot of cell phones have applications for this very purpose). Prices can differ quite significantly, allowing you to get the best deals.

While people like to say that Road trips for vacation may be in the past, they can still work. Really, they can work better now then ever before given how expensive a "traditional" vacation can be and just how tight our money seems to be.

Deep discounted travel, 10x your travel...
Where would you go if you could pay up to 70% less?...

The Hidden Potential Of Internet Marketing

The Hidden Potential Of Internet Marketing

Any feedback would be great. "Most important Article of your Life," so make sure you read this and Leave comments and right here is just one of the articles of 1,100+ articles across multiple subjects that are bringing me "Prospects and Leads" and YOU need these too.  If you want to see us live, just click: Click Here! ,  Click Here!, .or. CyberWealthZone.com  and ask the Sr. Mentor Monitor in the Live Business Center how you can get these articles for yourself already written for you.

The internet marketplace is ground that is constantly shifting. From one year to the next, platforms for selling come and go. Some improve, others decline. The following tips can help give a clear view of the marketplace as it is now, and how to keep an eye out for new markets as they open up.

When marketing a product on the internet, it is important to overcome the natural skepticism of your audience. Most users on the internet are extremely nervous about everything they read, and will not purchase anything using a credit card unless they feel very safe. A key part of marketing your product, then, is making sure they feel that level of security.

Throw in a surprise complementary item with purchases from your website. For example, if you sell an MP3 player, you can throw in a pair of cheap earbuds in a matching color. If the product being shipped doesn't come with batteries, through a few in. Your customer will appreciate it because no one else is doing that!

Look online for local bloggers of the destination you are visiting and contact them personally for recommendations. Bloggers post stories to offer others their expertise, and often they are happy to respond to a personal request (especially a request that has a hint of flattery). Be sure to be specific in your questions.

Turn your customers into future sales by offering them rebates on their own purchases for every several referrals they bring in for you. You could set it up so that, for every four copies of your eBook they refer others to buy from you, their own price will be refunded. This is a terrific way to build buzz and generate sales.

Check what websites link to your competitors to find out which links are best for you to pursue. External links leading to your site are weighted based on how popular the linking site is. Identify the most popular sites linking to your competitors and see if you can secure links from them for your own site.

You should set aside time to thoroughly test every aspect of your website weekly. Broken images, links to 404 pages and errors in ordering forms will only frustrate your customers and hurt your image. Customers may be inclined to leave an order in progress if a website is annoying to use.

Just because your business is a local, physical business, doesn't mean you don't need a web presence. Make sure to build a basic web site with lots of information about your company and market that to local clientele. Even in local economies, many people turn to the internet for information on where to go and who to buy from. They can't come to you if you aren't there.

Whether you have been selling on the internet marketplace for years or are just beginning, these tips should help provide direction toward your future. It is a highly competitive marketplace. The more you know, the better you will be able to gain the right platform for your products.

Article iMarketing: Best Ways to Drive Traffic to Your Site (And More to the Site of Your Choice)!

Article iMarketing: Best Ways to Drive Traffic to Your Site (And More to the Site of Your Choice)!

A lot of people need content for their site. Many aspiring webmasters wanted to create the perfect website. But not all of them have the skills or the resources to create good articles or purchase one from a respected writer. Quality articles are hard to get by these days. And if webmasters can get them for free, don't you think they won't grab the chance?

This is the idea behind article marketing. In article marketing, you make dozens of informative articles about the product, service, or website you'd like to promote. And then you submit them to article directories, whose job is to link content writers with the people who need articles.

The process is simple. You write articles subtly promoting your product, service, or site. You can include anchor texts in the body of the article, if that's allowed. Then you put your name as its author and include all the important information you'd want to say about you and your products. This part is actually placed at the last part of the article. It's more like author's notes. It is also the part you are really writing for. It is where you can put your link for the readers to visit.

Just be aware of the guidelines that article directories set when submitting articles. A lot of them frown on totally promotional articles that don't talk about anything else relevant. Keep in mind that you can't directly sell to readers through your articles. You have to impart something important to them, like tips and tricks of a certain concept, how-to's, and facts about accepted ideas. You can't directly tell your readers to buy your products. Directories reject those types of articles.

Now the advantages: if a lot of webmasters take interest in your articles and think that what you have written could qualify as perfect content to their site, they'll use it and upload it accordingly. Part of the deal when it comes to getting free articles from article directories is for interested parties to keep everything intact, including all links and author by-lines. They can't change or edit anything. If they do, they are infringing the agreement as set by the article submission site.

But that's not the only thing you get from it. Some article directories enjoy high page ranking. And high page ranks means they get on top of the search engine results for certain keywords. If your article came up number one on a search courtesy of the high page rank of the article directory you have submitted it to, then you'll definitely reach out to more people. You'll get the traffic you need fast and easy.

So if you have the skills to write articles, use it to acquire thousands of visitors or page impressions everyday. And if it so happens that you can't write a phrase, don't worry. There are a lot of freelance writers over the internet that you can commission to work for you. Most of them are willing to write a short article for a few dollars.

Go for article marketing today. It has been one of the proven ways to drive traffic to your site. If you haven't tried this concept yet, now is the time to do it. Don't waste any more time. Write those articles soon!

With This eMobile iMarketing Advice: Reach Customers Effectively & Efficiently

With This eMobile iMarketing Advice: Reach Customers Effectively & Efficiently

Any feedback would be great. "Most important Article of your Life," so make sure you read this and Leave comments and right here is just one of the articles of 1,100+ articles across multiple subjects that are bringing me "Prospects and Leads" and YOU need these too.  If you want to see us live, just click: Click Here!, Click Here!,  .or. CyberWealthZone.com  and ask the Sr. Mentor Monitor in the Live Business Center how you can get these articles for yourself already written for you.

A mobile marketing campaign is a great way to reach a large amount of people with very little money or time invested. Most people now own some type of mobile device, including cell phones and tablets.

Integrate your mobile marketing efforts with your other marketing plans. By having mobile marketing blended with online or print marketing, you present a consistent message to your customer or client base. At the same time, allowing your customers to perform the same activities via multiple channels such as mobile applications or web sites further increases the value of your customer interactions.

Enhance your text messages with other forms of communication. Make use of multi-channel marketing. One form communication isn't enough for today's audience. Each style of communication has its own set of pros and cons. This is why it is best to use more than one. Try sending direct mail, e-mail and a text right before something important happens.

Have a goal. Do not start a mobile marketing campaign until you know exactly why you want to have one. You may want to have extra revenue or draw in more readers, but whatever the reason, you need to track the information you receive to find out if your program is really successful.

Let customers give you feedback. Some mobile marketers have outgoing only messaging, meaning that a customer cannot text them back without going through a lot of hassle. Let your customers talk back to you to improve the focus of your plan, and know if you may need to do something differently.

Develop an app. Apps are programs for mobile devices that interact with customers in many different ways. They provide easy access to your business through the program the customer installs on their phone. Make your app useful and appropriate to attract the most attention and downloads from your current and potential customers.

Make sure your customers know their business is appreciated. Give them special offers, discounts based on hallmark goals or even a simple thank you note. They need to know you value their business or they may take it to someone who will go that extra step.

Keep your material clean in order to keep your brand clean. Sending out raw, unfiltered material, even if you think it's worthy of attention, can be detrimental to your mobile marketing efforts. Things don't have to be outlandish to draw attention. They just have to be worthy of someone's time.

If you often have great sales or give-aways, consider using SMS to get the word out. Text messages shine in their ability to cut through the clutter of an otherwise busy, application-filled mobile device. The messages usually trigger a pop-up notification on the system, making SMS a terrific choice for getting the word out about a sale that can't be missed. But be careful to only text message customers who have signed up to receive them, as many people feel SMS mobile marketing is invasive. It could have the opposite effect than your intent.

You should expect mobile marketing to grow since the use of mobile platforms keeps increasing. Within the next few years, most people will own a smartphone. The best way to take advantage of this trend is with a solid mobile marketing strategy. By using the these tips, you will be ahead of your competition and in position to effectively promote your products through this new form of marketing. Good luck with your mobile marketing campaign.

Incoming Links/BackLinks To Your iWebsite

Incoming Links/BackLinks To Your iWebsite

Any feedback would be great. "Most important Article of your Life," so make sure you read this and Leave comments and right here is just one of the articles of 1,100+ articles across multiple subjects that are bringing me "Prospects and Leads" and YOU need these too.  If you want to see us live, just click: Click Here!,  Click Here!,  .or. CyberWealthZone.com  and ask the Sr. Mentor Monitor in the Live Business Center how you can get these articles for yourself already written for you.

Most would agree that getting incoming links to your website is one of the most effective ways to get ranked highly with the search engines to bring you more traffic and sales. There are many ways to go about doing this and I will discuss some of them in this article.

First of all, start out with the premise that you must have a high-quality website that provides outstanding content and value to your target audience. You will get much better results with any of your link-building efforts if you have a reputable site that is worth linking to. Good content must be geared towards your site visitors as well as the search engines. For your visitors, make the site clean, clear, easy to read and pleasing to the eye. For the search engines, use your keywords and images appropriately.

One of the most common way of getting incoming links to your website is to submit your site to the thousands of website directories. Some of these are free and some charge per submission. You can post your site (or hire someone to post your site) to as many directories as you can handle but you should chose those that are ranked higher by the search engines so the links these directories generate will be higher quality as well.

You can also write articles and submit them to article directories to get links back to your site. Your article need to be anywhere from 400 to 500 words long and, of course, relevant to what your website is about. Then, it should be focused around a main keyword and a couple of sub-keywords. You will put a link at the end of your article back to your website and tell readers to click on it for more information. One nice thing about publishing articles is that others can publish your articles on their sites so you will be getting links from both the article directories and other websites.

The final effective link-building method that I will discuss is participating in online forums that are relevant to your niche. Participating means offering answers to people's questions and problems and including a link back to your website for more information. Again, you want to go to reputable forums so that when people link back to you by clicking on your website, it will be considered a quality link.

Remember that getting incoming links to your website does take consistency and time but you will see the difference if you can dedicate yourself to this task. You can also hire services that can do the grunt work for you or those that actually just sell you links. If you go that route, make sure you do the appropriate research and choose your service wisely. There are many types of link-building tools and tracking that can help you in your endeavor.
