Hi,
I don't know about you but I've seen some pushy realtors, mortgage brokers, and investors. It's really a turn-off, both to their services and to the industry as a whole.
No one likes to be pressured into selling or buying.
There's got to be a better way … and there is.
Consider these businesses:
- Apple
- Airbnb
- Uber
- Southwest Airlines
Do these companies have pushy salesman? I don't see them. Yet they seem to be doing pretty well. Here's why:
They offer a solution that greatly benefits all parties involved.
People are in love with their Apple products - on the verge of over-dependence.
Airbnb and Uber include 2 parties (owner and renter) who both have a need that's solved by the other person: a true win-win.
Southwest provides exactly what certain flyers are looking for with clear expectations. Everyone gets what they want: cheap flights, lots of customers, an enjoyable work environment, and good customer service.
These companies don't have to "sell" in the traditional sense.
Sounds like one heck of a business model - no selling needed! This is the same model that Wholesaling Real Estate offers for investors.
When you take a look at the advantages from all parties involved (buyers, sellers, and investors), it makes complete sense and is a no-brainer market to get into.
Advantages to sellers (especially ones that have a hard time selling their house)

- Avoid the hassles of dealing with a Realtor
- Get paid in cash (reducing the risk of a bad deal due to financing issues)
- No closing costs to them
Sellers can actually sell their house, and can get relief if they've had some bad luck.
Advantages to buyers:
- They get access to off market, deeply discounted properties
- Deals are brought TO them rather than endlessly searching for deals
- They often save thousands by eliminating the need for a Realtor
- Lower prices means higher profits!
Buyers get options to buy in a way that matches their goals and circumstances.
Advantages to investors (you):
- Average assignment fee (money you make on the deal) $5,000 - $10,000
- Same income doing it part-time that your full-time job gives you
- Option to do it full time and make even more, or just do it on the side
- Can produce immediate AND consistent cash flow
- Can help you get out of debt AND create long term capital wealth
- Has VERY low risk (if any)
- Can run business from home or anywhere in the world
- Gives you the option to spend more time with your family
Wow. That's a few rounds of advantages … on the house!
But seriously, you can see why Wholesaling Real Estate isn't anything like selling.
It's more about connecting buyers and sellers, giving them multiple options, and letting them decide with no pressure, no strings, and no downside.
And best of all: you make good money from every deal.
