Wholesaling is a game of persistence.

Yes, we have many students who are able to start landing deals very quickly… but things don't always go that smoothly.

If you're just getting into Wholesaling, you need to be prepared to power through when you're getting discouraged and want to quit.

No one knows that better than John Pene.

When John first started Wholesaling, he wasn't able to land a single deal for his first 90 days - despite working his butt off. For 90 days, John heard nothing but "no" over and over again.

Did that mean that John wasn't cut out for Wholesaling? Or that Wholesaling wasn't a viable business in his market? Or that Wholesaling just doesn't work?

No.
