Before you think about going virtual with your house flipping business there are a few things you must understand if you want to be successful out the gate. First you need to know your market... What are the most desirable areas in the city? Knowing the hottest zip codes where all of the cash buyers are buying at is very important and usually the very first step investors mistakenly get wrong.
Think about it if you're going to the mall to buy a dress for your little girl. You walk into the store and the salesman is trying to sell you some gym shorts because he doesn't have any dresses. Are you going to buy the gym shorts instead? No... you're going to find a new store that has what you need. It's the same with houses. You get a property in a area where everyone and their mom who have cash are looking to buy houses in that neighborhood. You're going to start a bidding war and have people fighting to buy your deals.
