I've seen it happen so many times. (This  happens to me, too)... You're so close to finishing… a project,  launch, or even a big decision. You're 90% there, the finish line is in  sight. Then your brain switches into hyperdrive  and starts coming up with all kinds of  reasons why you're not quite ready… why  you can't move forward yet.
