Regarding Google & Facebook
A word about the fate of both Google & Facebook and perhaps Microsoft as well.
Both companies have plans to connect the remaining 2/3rd of the planet not connected to the internet, using various communication drones. Google-faceboook plan to reach remote areas with solar powered planes & balloons, with communications equipment, that will create a global Wi-Fi.
Verizon, the largest Telecom Company just bought and merged Yahoo & AOL, with the potential to rival both google & facebook ( as well as perhaps, microsoft ) and put the merged entity in their league for shear interwebs' presence, - it would appear, with a potential 359.4m users/ month, in USA alone - for a $10B price tab.
