Hi,

My last video was about branding, and how
it applies to our kind of business.

Someone left a comment… asking about my "brand"
and why I didn't make my emails more fancy looking.
Why they weren't super-polished and professional…
wouldn't that give me some more branding?

The answer is simple - I want to create the smallest
possible gap between "email and video Jeff"... and
"family and friends" Jeff.

In my opinion, the smaller that gap - the closer my
online virtual self is to my real self - the stronger
the bond I build with my readers and viewers.

And in my opinion that's what this business is all
about. And it's what I talk about in this week's video:
