Hi, Last week, I asked you to share a story of how hard it is to focus — and got some great (and haunting) answers back. A lack of focus on one task often snowballs into not getting ANYTHING done. When this happens it's easy to turn to "hacks" like the Pomodoro Technique or a new app ... only to find yourself unfocused again later. However, we can address this issue if we look at the two real reasons we can't focus: Digital devices designed to hold our attention Ourselves Throwing your phone off a bridge won't work. So maybe it's time to take a brutally honest look at yourself. Roll with the changes Here's a hard truth about business: Nobody really knows what they're doing. There are no rules and set truths. That's why it's so important for entrepreneurs to adapt early and often to any changes that come their way.
