What's inside: What the next week or two of your life could POSSIBLY look like, depending on the choices you make.

Hey João here,
Isn't it amazing, that by our choices, we can influence what are day-to-day lives will look like?
I've joked about this before with friends.
If I walked into Bank Of America to deposit a check and leave, my day will probably be pretty standard.
But if I walked into the bank deposited a check, and make the choice to jump over the counter to make out with the bank teller, well my day (and future days) will likely go much different.
I think a lot about these concepts when it comes to business, and students who join our Inner Circle Coaching program.
Imagine joining the real estate world and building up your real estate investment company.
Or maybe you've already started, but feel kind of lost and don't really know what to do.
Here's what your next week or two could like:
- Today, you click here, explore our coaching program, and schedule a call with our team.
- Over the next few days, you get on the call. You speak with one of our team members to share your current business experience, your future goals, and where you think you need help the most. Let's say we invite you to enroll in the program and you say yes.
- The next day you get a welcome email, explaining everything you have to look forward in the next 90 days. Your login credentials, what to expect, and introduction to our entire coaching team.
- After that you will get a kickoff call with me personally. This will give me time to get to know you more, your working style and your strengths. I'll be the one holding you accountable and you'll be hearing from regularly to make sure you get the results you're looking for.
- From there we'll go over to research your market, deep dive the hottest ares to focus on where the investors are buying and selling houses.
- From there we will set up your "Money Phone" this will be where motivated sellers will call wanting to sell their home to you. Not just for any price but for pennies on the dollar which will then turn into MONEY into your bank account
- We will then have a clear plan on where to focus on all your marketing to acquire leads in. We'll setup marketing campaigns some cheap paid direct mail (40 cents a postcard) and some free marketing campaigns as well.
- Now the fun will begin, we will be going over the leads together as they start to roll in, you'll be contracting deals, finding cash buyers to fund the deals.
- All while I'll be holding you accountable every single day. Making sure you stay on task. On top of that you'll also be attending our bi-weekly Q&A coaching calls getting help from other past successful past students and real estate investors.
If you could accomplish all this in the next few weeks, what would that be like?
Is this stuff you've always thought about doing, but never took the plunge?
Stuff you watched OTHERS do, but never decided to do it yourself?
Right now we're in the best time to be in real estate with just a few weeks left toward the year. The BIG time real estate investors are starting to take more vacations, and sellers are desperate to get rid of their unwanted property for holiday cash.
